“Call of Duty Mobile” version 1.0.12 went live a couple of days ago which also signaled the game’s sixth season. The update introduced tons of new content such as a new map, new modes, and an updated Credit Store.
“Call of Duty Mobile’s” in-game store called the Credit Store also gets an upgrade with the new “COD Mobile” update. Developer TiMi Studios just added new weapons into the store that players can buy with the help of Credits, according to BGR.
There are now four new weapons that players could get from the store. The developer added M4 – Jade, M21 EBR – Flowing Bronze, PDW-57 – Frontier, and RUS-79U Reticulated.
“Check out what's new in the #CODMobile Credit Store! M4 – Jade, PDW – Frontier, M21 EBR – Flowing Bronze, RUS79U – Reticulated,” the game’s official account announced on Twitter.
The Credit Store allows players to get new stuff without spending real money inside the game. As its name suggests, players only need to pay the items with Credits, which is different from the COD Points or (CP).
To access the Credit Store, players only need to press the Store button located at the bottom left corner. They can then press “C” or choose the Credit tab located at the upper side of the screen. The items available for purchase using Credits will then be shown by the game.
Aside from the four new weapons added via the recent “Call of Duty Mobile” update, users can still purchase older weapons in the store. There are also character skins available as well as, Multi-player operator skills, Battle Royal specialist classes, various skills, and other items.
The “Call of Duty Mobile” update also introduced two new maps, according to Dot Esports. Previously available in “CoD: Modern Warfare,” the Rust map is now available in the game’s mobile version as well. There is also the Saloon map, which is only available for one-vs- one duel and two-vs-two showdown.
The new version also added three new modes. They are Capture the Flag (available on Rust, Crossfire, Crash, Raid, Hijacked, and Standoff maps), One-vs-one duel (Saloon and Killhouse), and Kill Confirmed (Standoff, Crash, Raid, Summit, Cage, Takeoff, Meltdown).
