From noon through the final seating at 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 25, Pelagia will host holiday guests who will enjoy a full service dining experience featuring acclaimed food served in a stylish setting and accompanied by warm hospitality.

•          Clams Oreganata
•          Roasted Butternut Squash Salad with Baby Spinach, Asparagus, Cranberries, Pomegranate and Feta Cheese

Second Course (choice of one):
•          Butternut Squash Risotto with Seared Scallops and Shrimp
•          Braised Lamb Braciole
•          Spinach and Artichoke Lasagna
•          Italian Porchetta
•          Pheasant Breast Stuffed with Citrus and Sage
•          Pan-Seared Golden Tilefish with Crustacean Cream Sauce

Third Course:

•          Spiced Creme Brûlée
•          Eggnog Gelato
