CHICAGO, Jan. 03, 2018 -- Elements Global Services, a leading Chicago-based Global Employer of Record (EOR) service provider, today announced the sale of their sister company, Elements PEO (Professional Employer Organization), to a strategic acquirer. The tactical move affords Elements Global Services greater flexibility to hone and expand their Global EOR services and place a laser-focused emphasis on Global Technology (HRIS & Payroll) and the multinational concentration of their clients.
“This sale marks a major step forward in enabling Elements Global Services to deliver an unmatched global strategy to our clients," said Rick Hammell, Chief Executive Officer of Elements. “The complexities of managing a multinational business are staggering, and with this move we’re able to ensure our focus is attuned to streamlining operations for clients with operations in multiple countries who need a rapid solution to expand, onboard, manage & pay employees worldwide.”
The sale of Elements PEO comes on the heels of a banner 2017 for Elements Global Services, which grew their operations to more than 135 countries, saw the opening of operations hubs in New Delhi, London and Barcelona, and the appointments of Matthew Sandall as Director of Business Development – EMEA in London, Michael Shelley as Director of Business Development – Americas in Chicago, Ernee Ong as Director of Business Development – APAC in Singapore and Majeed Hosseiney as Vice President of Operations for the Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) region.
During the course of their confidential marketing campaign, Elements Global Services generated 5 potential buyers for Elements PEO that resulted in multiple offers. The Business was obtained by Employers HR for an undisclosed amount, aiming to expand their impression in the domestic HR and compliance space.
