Ivanka Trump might be busy with her role as President Donald Trump’s senior adviser but she always finds some quality time to spend with her family. The mom of three recently took her youngest son Theodore James Kushner out for lunch and proudly shared the event on her social media account.
Ivanka Trump took the three-year-old Theodore out for lunch on Friday afternoon, Daily Mail reported. Technically, they did not go out for lunch since they dined at the White House Mess, which located inside the White House itself right under President Donald Trump’s Oval Office.
Ivanka shared a photo on Instagram showing her and Theodore while waiting for their orders to arrive. The White House Mess is a small restaurant run by the Navy and was established by President Truman in 1951.
Theodore sat across Ivanka and looked happy to finally have his mom back after her absence for a few days last week. The senior White House adviser was away for a couple of days to attend to the 2020 Global Women’s Forum held in Dubai.
Theodore looked patriotic wearing a navy sweater that has an emblem of the American flag along with a pair of red pants that looked smart on the young boy. He gave an open-mouth smile to the person who took their photo.
Ivanka sat across her son looking happy as she wore a blue sweater with a matching patterned silk scarf. “Lunch Date!” Ivanka captioned the photo when she shared it on Instagram.
Theodore, who will be turning four next month, is Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner’s third and youngest child. His older siblings, Arabella Rose Kushner and Joseph Frederick Kushner, were not present in the photo.
Ivanka must have missed her youngest son after being away on her Middle East trip. Earlier that day, she also shared a “Flashback Friday” shot of herself when she was still pregnant with Theodore.
The shot was a black and white photo taken for the February 2016 issue of Town & Country magazine. It shows Ivanka looking thoughtful as she held a paper cup. “Friday Morning Mood [hot beverage emoji] #FBF,” Ivanka captioned the post.
