McDonald’s Singapore just expanded its menu list with the addition of two new items. The restaurant chain was bringing back the Angus Mushroom Supreme burger sandwich and introduced an interesting dessert flavor McDonald’s named the Sea Salt McFlurry.
According to SG’s Mothership news outlet, the new dessert is new in McDonald’s Singapore, but this was already introduced in Malaysia. With the visual of Sea Salt McFlurry, it is clear that the sea was elegantly represented in the soft-serve ice cream.
It perfectly captured the color of the sea, and the swirls and colorful sprinkles made it perfect. Customers who already tried the dessert described the taste as a combination of sweet and salty. While some customers may not like the savory taste, almost everyone agrees that the aesthetic is one-of-a-kind for a McFlurry dessert served at McDonald’s restaurant.
At any rate, customers can get the Sea Salt McFlurry at McDonald’s Singapore for S$3. It can also be delivered through Grab and the restaurant’s own McDelivery. This new flavor is an addition to McFlurry’s other new options that include Hershey’s McFlurry, Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry, and Mudpie McFlurry.
For the sandwich, McDonald’s Singapore has brought back the Angus Mushroom Supreme. Eat Book mentioned that this item is available for a limited time only and will be in stores starting Dec. 2, Thursday.
The Angus Mushroom Supreme is one of McDonald’s signature collections for its premium burger range. This huge sandwich is made with 100% Angus beef patty, grilled mushrooms, white cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, romaine lettuce, and the fast-food chain’s own herb aioli. Toasted sesame seed buns are used for this burger.
McDonald’s Singapore is offering this premium sandwich just in time for this holiday season. Customers can buy the returning burger option for S$7.10 a la carte. It can also be purchased with a Coke and potato wedges as a side for S$9.75.
Finally, the Angus Mushroom Supreme is also great to be paired with the new Sea Salt McFlurry. They can be a good combination for this festive season. Diners just have to visit the nearest McDonald’s outlets in Singapore to have them now as they will only be on the menu for a short time.
