Sandy focuses his practice on consumer financial services, business litigation, and commercial litigation. His experience includes representing clients in both state and federal courts. He has defended claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA). Sandy also has experience handling appeals in both state and federal courts and has successfully tried both jury and bench trials.
