(NYSE:MOH) to launch digital quoting, shopping and enrollment tools for Molina’s Medicare business, specifically their Medicare Advantage products, which includes their Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP). Connecture’s portal technology, which Molina has already implemented in 12 of the states they serve, supports the carrier’s primary sales channels: brokers, call center agents and their direct-to-consumer website.
Based in Long Beach, California, Molina Healthcare is a FORTUNE 500 company that provides managed health care services under the Medicaid and Medicare programs and through the state insurance marketplaces. The new partnership with Connecture helps Molina provide more consumers with an improved personalized shopping and enrollment experience online. Connecture’s smart technology also enables their call center agents and broker teams to increase efficiency and performance with web-based and mobile tools that support the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, quoting and data insights.
