AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 14, 2018 -- Noble Capital, a Texas-based private investment firm, announces the consolidation of its private lending, retirement and real estate businesses under the Noble Capital corporate brand. Acute Financial, Noble’s retirement division, and Emerge Real Estate, its asset management division, will become Noble Capital Retirement and Noble Capital Real Estate, respectively. The Company’s consolidation is part of its ongoing initiative to streamline processes due to the increased business volume experienced in 2016 and 2017.
“This decision was based on the growth of our business and the aggressive goals we’ve set for the next three years,” said Jadon Newman, CEO of Noble Capital. “Our retirement office in Dallas, particularly, grew exponentially in 2017. And, with the anticipated growth of all three of our business units in the coming year, this was the logical progression for Noble Capital.”
In the two-year period from 2016 through 2017, Noble Capital grew its overall portfolio by more than 50 percent, becoming one of the largest private real estate investment firms in Texas. The Company expanded its retirement planning division in 2016, opening a second office in Dallas. And in 2017, it doubled the size of its asset management division which completed and sold a greater number of real estate projects in Q4 of 2017 than ever before in the combined history of the company.
“Last year, we invested heavily in our human and technological capabilities to gear up for the expansion of our business in 2018,” said Chris Ragland, Noble Capital’s COO. “Having a single corporate brand out in the market eliminates obstacles and will further help us manage our marketing initiatives, so we can execute the next phase of our plan for growth.”
