“One Piece” chapter 978 is already in the most exciting part of the series, which is the Wano arc. It will formally begin with the clash between Luffy and his alliance and Kaido and his group that includes Big Mom and Orochi.
This is the battle that everyone is looking forward to since it’s Luffy’s chance to take Kaido’s head. And finally, it is all happening in “One Piece” chapter 978, and the best thing is that Kinemon and Law have drawn up a plan to beat the villains and with their big backups, there is no way they would fail unless they commit a mistake.
Recap
In “One Piece” chapter 977, Jinbei arrived unexpectedly and lent a hand for the Straw Hats to beat the beast pirates. With his help, they were able to sink their rival’s ships.
Kinemon and Law revealed the plans so their raid would be successful. They are planning a surprise attack to catch Kaido and his men unaware so that they can create great damage. As explained by Kinemon, Shishilian will lead the minks warriors while Boss Hyogoro will lead the Wano samurais. The plan is to launch an attack in every major area so no one could escape.
The raid plans
Readers will see how the raid plans will be carried out in “One Piece” chapter 978. Following the plan, Luffy and his team destroyed the Torii fortress and they will continue to move inside. Law, Kinemon and the other Akazaya members will be on submarines to seal the back of the island.
With the attack at the front, Luffy and Kid’s entrance will serve as a distraction and when a fight begins at the entrance, the rest of the alliance who are stationed in other places will take the chance to break inside. This strategy will create more damage since the rest of the island will not be guarded as everyone rushes to the entrance to fight Luffy and his group. Then again, it is yet to see if Luffy will be able to defeat Kaido in “One Piece” chapter 978.
Release date
Finally, as mentioned on The Anime Freak, Shonen Jump is taking a break right now so the raw scans will be out on April 23 while the official release date is on April 26. The hiatus is due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
