PITTSBURGH, Feb. 14, 2018 -- Stoltenberg Consulting, Inc., a leading healthcare information technology consulting firm, announced today the addition of Lisa Alkin-Imhof as the Epic Practice Director. With distinct broad-based healthcare leadership experience, she will expand the firm’s Epic service line.
With more than 20 years in healthcare, Alkin-Imhof brings deep expertise in health services administration and management information systems to the Stoltenberg team, including project management, system selection and design, financial preparation, policy development, planning, acquisition navigation, implementation support and maintenance for multisystem facilities. As a PMP-certified EHR project manager, she is known for her strategic operational experience combined with IT technology capabilities to provide innovative solutions.
Prior to joining Stoltenberg, Alkin-Imhof held leadership roles including Epic team lead, project manager, director, CIO and COO for medium to large healthcare provider organizations. She most recently served as the Epic integration project manager and conversions team lead while consulting for UMass Memorial’s legacy project as the health system transitioned to Epic.
In her new role, Alkin-Imhof will not only use her industry experience and knowledge toward the growth of Stoltenberg’s Epic service line capabilities, but she will also expand the firm’s Epic credentialed consulting team and its effectiveness in the field.
Alkin-Imhof holds an Associate of Science degree in computer science from Yuba College and a Bachelor of Arts in health services administration from Saint Mary’s College on top of Epic Ambulatory and Epic Bridges credentials.
She will be attending the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Annual Conference March 5-9 in Las Vegas with the Stoltenberg executive leadership team, discussing Stoltenberg’s Tier 1+ Service Desk and Flexsourcing Staffing Model in booth #2815.
