Lee Marlow was the four times Regional Press Feature Writer of the Year, and former Columnist of the Year. He wrote for the Leicester Mercury for 20 years but also freelanced for Classic Rock and Bass Player magazine, which he still does today. He also penned the acclaimed biography of former Turkey and Leicester City midfielder, Muzzy Izzet.
He has taught part-time at Nottingham Trent University, Birmingham City and Derby University. He now teaches journalism at De Montfort University.
