I am a current International Relations PhD candidate at Lancaster University, and I have a BA Hons in Religious Studies and a MA in Religion and Conflict. My research interests revolve primarily around South Asian security, with a focus on human rights, Islamist extremist organisations, and the rise of right-wing nationalism. My current research explores the changing nature of the conflict in Kashmir in recent years and the impact this has had for regional South Asian security, as well as human security.
