AMSTERDAM, Netherlands, May 6, 2016 -- AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. ("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") is pleased to announce that during the Annual Meeting, held on May 4th, 2016, AMG's shareholders approved the payment of a dividend of €0.21 per ordinary share over the financial year 2015. The interim dividend of €0.10, paid on September 16, 2015 will be deducted from the amount to be distributed to shareholders. The proposed final dividend per ordinary share therefore amounts to €0.11.
The final dividend will be payable on or around 16 May 2016, to shareholders of record on 9 May 2016. The ex-dividend date will be 6 May 2016. Dutch withholding tax will be deducted from the dividend at a rate of 15%.
