Chantilly, VA, Nov. 06, 2017 -- Associa, the industry’s largest community management company, announces the recent promotion of Nick Mazzarella CMCA©, PCAM©, LSM© to regional vice president of the eastern region. Mr. Mazzarella will be overseeing the Legum & Norman, Community Management Corporation (CMC) and Select Community Services (SCS) branches.
Mr. Mazzarella has more than 30 years of property management experience and has been a CMC team member since 2003. He has held many positions at Associa including general manager, vice president & HOA division director, executive vice president as well as president of CMC.
“Nick is a natural leader who has earned the respect and confidence of his colleagues and clients,” stated Craig Lubaczewski, Associa senior vice president, east region operations. “He has extensive industry experience, a keen business sense and a one-of-a-kind customer service approach, which will make his transition to regional vice president a great success.”
Mr. Mazzarella is a contributing author for the Community Associations Institute (CAI) as well as the Association Times. He has also served as a faculty member for CAI’s Professional Manager Development Program since 2008 and on CAI’s national Association of Professional Community Managers (APCM) board since 2017.
Mr. Mazzarella graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business from California University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Marywood University in Scranton.
