Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus may be trying to rekindle their romance as they were spotted hanging out again. Last weekend, the ex-couple dined together at a sushi restaurant, Katsuya. The reunion happened six months after they called it quits.
As per People, the former “Batman” star and the SNL producer went on a dinner date in Los Angeles on Saturday, Feb. 23. It was said that the pair had a nice time that evening.
“They are hanging out again,” the tipster told the paper. “They have been for over a month now. They still enjoy each other’s company.”
It was revealed that Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus did not come to the restaurant together. The latter arrived first while the former entered the establishment after several minutes.
Further, another source shared that Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus are both focusing on their respective families and careers but still, there is a chance that their friendly dates these days could end up in a romantic reunion. In other words, the dates may turn into a full-blown romance and things may work better for them this time around.
“He really enjoys spending time with her but his focus will remain his kids and family,” the source said. “I think he’s always been interested in seeing where his relationship with Lindsay could go, but these are two people who are very focused on their families and that distance between New York and L.A. is difficult sometimes.”
Meanwhile, Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus’ dinner date took place just a few hours after the actor was seen attending a wedding with Jennifer Garner and their kids – Violet, Seraphina and Samuel. The family looks great and it only proved that Ben and Jen are dedicated to their co-parenting responsibilities for their children.
