There are a lot of surprises waiting for the young ninjas in “Boruto” Episode 76 if the hints provided so far are anything to go by. One of them is the encounter with two giant snakes, one of which is red and the other is blue. Thanks to the break between the previous and upcoming episodes, fans have had time to formulate a theory. Could Boruto pull off making one of the giant snakes his summon?
As fans of the anime will already be aware of, Boruto wants to be like Sasuke instead of like his dad, Naruto. This is why having a giant snake as his summon instead of a frog makes sense. What a fortuitous encounter it is, therefore, that he will be meeting two giant snakes in “Boruto” Episode 76. Looking at the preview, it even looks like one of the snakes is Sasuke’s previous summon.
Eagle-eyed viewers have already commented on the possibility that the blue-colored snake in “Boruto” Episode 76 might be Aoda. Fans of Naruto will remember this particular scaled beast as the one that Sasuke summoned to protect himself from a giant blast. With Sarada being its former master’s offspring, it will also be interesting to see how the two will interact if fan theories are correct.
As to which of these giant snakes Boruto might form a contract with, fans are putting their bets on the red one. It’s the one that the Great Sage has warned the genins about after all. Wouldn’t it be so typical of a shonen anime if Boruto befriended the creature in “Boruto” Episode 76?
For those wondering why there will be no “Boruto” Episode 76 today, Otaku Art noted that there has been a change in schedule. The show has now been moved to a Sunday timeslot, which means that the episode will air on Oct. 7.
