‘Boruto’ chapter 49 release date, spoilers: Boruto’s Jogan to be activated in fighting Isshiki?

Konoha will need all the help in “Boruto” chapter 49 they can get now that Isshiki is back. The current dilemma has led to speculations that the titular character might be helpful in the brewing battle, especially with his Jogan.

Jogan is one of the things that link Boruto to the Otsutsuki clan, however, this special ability has appeared more often in the anime than in the manga series. But there have been several clues from the first manga chapter suggesting that Boruto will be using his Jogan even before that flash-forward scene where he is up against Kawaki. The question remains when that would happen, and some fans think it could be during “Boruto” chapter 49.

Naruto and Sasuke are ready to face Isshiki now that he has returned in Konoha, and early teasers suggested that Boruto will join in the fight as well. Konoha’s chance is not looking too good just based on Naruto and Sasuke’s previous fight with Isshiki. They will need help and they might find it in Boruto’s untapped powers like the Jogan.
