Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher’s marriage is reportedly on thin ice but the former just won’t give up and is doing everything to save it. Moreover, it was said that the couple’s relationship is in crisis and it won’t be long before divorce follows.
It was added that Mike Fisher is leaving Carrie Underwood despite being pregnant with their second child. Based on the report that appeared on In Touch (via Gossip Cop), Mike and Carrie’s marriage needs to be “nursed back to health” as they hit a rocky patch and currently in crisis mode.
Gossip Cop stated that the story about Carrie Underwood trying to save her marriage is another false report. The divorce claims are also incorrect as the couple is actually very happy right now as they wait for their second child.
The fact-checking site further clarified that the singer did not cancel her shows in the U.K. to fix her marriage. It is also debunking the source’s claims that a “baby is on the way and Mike wants Carrie to do less and they are fighting over it.”
This is not the first time that In Touch Weekly reported about Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher’s divorce. In February, it published an article that said that the couple was headed for divorce as they were facing obstacles that were driving them apart. It was further alleged that not spending time with each other is one of the reasons for the supposed impending divorce.
"She really thought that Mike’s retirement was going to give them the time they needed to work on making their family stronger,” a tipster supposedly said back then. “His decision (referring to Mike’s comeback to hockey) put a huge strain on their marriage. If Carrie and Mike continue to grow apart, it will surely end in divorce for them.”
The report proved to be a false story and GC pointed out that this is why the tabloid is not reliable. In conclusion, Gossip Cop stated that Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher do not have to save their marriage because it is not breaking up in the first place.
