BEIJING, Nov. 21, 2017 -- ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd. (“ChinaCache” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq:CCIH), a leading total solutions provider of Internet content and application delivery services in China, today announced that it received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (the "NASDAQ") stating that the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the "Rule") with respect to filing of its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 (the "Annual Report"). As previously disclosed, NASDAQ notified the Company on May 18, 2017 that it no longer met the period filing requirement for The Nasdaq Stock Market under the Rule. Based on the filing of the Annual Report on November 14, 2017, Nasdaq has determined that the Company complies with the Rule. Accordingly, this matter is now closed.
