According to Coca-Cola CEO, James Quincey, they see opportunities to enhance their marketing, along with exploring ways to improve their business operations and capabilities, through cutting-edge AI.
The US-headquartered management consulting firm Bain & Co. has implemented OpenAI into its operations and is now offering its clients assistance in integrating the technology.
To assist its clients in maximizing their business potential, Bain will combine OpenAI's AI tools and platforms, such as ChatGPT, with its considerable expertise in digital implementation and strategy.
