ST. LOUIS, Feb. 02, 2016 -- Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX), the leading provider of customer experience solutions, today announced that Crnogorski Telekom a.d. has deployed an Amdocs business support system (BSS) solution to consolidate systems across fixed, wireless, Internet and IPTV lines of business, and manage convergent charging for both prepaid and postpaid billing, enabling improved operational costs, efficiency and customer service.
The solution includes multiple products from the Amdocs CES 9 portfolio spanning convergent charging, billing, resource management, ordering, customer management and a centralized master product catalog to provide Crnogorski Telekom with a single view of the customer and access to customer service and interaction information in real time. The migration from legacy technology to Amdocs software was completed in just 48 hours from initiation.
“The project with Amdocs allows us to integrate the services of all customer segments, improving our time to market for new products and allowing us to upsell innovative convergent offers to our customers,” said Uwe Rivoir, program director at Crnogorski Telekom. “It makes it easy for our retail outlets, call centers and website to provide subscribers with clear billing and real-time functionality for all mobile prepaid and postpaid services. It also offers Crnogorski Telekom one integrated view of the customer, incorporating ordering flow across all sales channels, and providing cohesive customer contract templates across our entire business. This will improve any negotiation process with our customers, as well as reduce agent errors and customer complaints.”
“The Amdocs consolidated solution has enabled Crnogorski Telekom to overcome system complexity and optimize business processes, while keeping the customer at the heart of its operation,” said Chris Williams, head of global marketing at Amdocs. “Crnogorski Telekom can now provide a seamless and consistent customer experience across all services, devices and touch points, and deliver the personalized, contextualized and digital experience that subscribers in The New World of Customer Experience expect.
