Her holistic approach to wellness goes beyond food and diet to incorporate the many ways clients can improve their quality of life. Concerns such as career satisfaction and fulfilling relationships play an important role in her approach to client wellness. Her health coach services include personal health coaching, workshops, meal planning, grocery store tours and more.
“I am excited to serve patients at Crossroads Wellness & Rehab by helping them to reach their wellness goals through nutrition and improving the quality of their lives,” said Jessica Flegel. “As an Integrative Nutrition health coach with a background in the corporate world, and as a mother and wife, I have a deep understanding of the types of stressors the average person confronts. I incorporate the techniques that I have learned as part of a multi-pronged approach to addressing the nutritional, mental, emotional, spiritual and physical needs of patients. Every person’s journey through life is unique and I look to help my patients make the most of every day and enjoy who they are, who they are with and what they do.”
