There are a lot of details regarding “Dragon Age 4” that have yet to be brought up, including the matter of who will play the role of the main villain. Based on the name of the game, it is a fair bet that Solas or Fen’Harel, as he is more widely known in the game’s universe, will play a major part. He might even be the game’s main antagonist. On a related note, concerns over the title’s potential multiplayer mode are starting to ripple across the community.
For some context, the existence of “Dragon Age 4” was already confirmed last year when a teaser for the game was released, OtakuKart notes. Since then, however, no other details about it has come out. This left fans with no other recourse other than their own imaginations to come up with what the game might feature. Among the proposed contents of the game is the multiplayer and ideas are already being presented.
One of the most promising has to do with the Wardens and their fight against the Blight. Players of “Dragon Age: Origins” will be more than familiar with this particular aspect of the game’s lore. The question of whether or not it is going to be “Dragon Age 4” now is just a matter of implementation.
It is worth noting that it is practically inevitable that the game will have multiplayer and this is what has some fans worried. There are those who don’t want “Dragon Age 4” to have multiplayer, at all, while there are others who are more concerned about the quality.
Speaking of the inevitable, the reason why Solas is the frontrunner for the main villain role in “Dragon Age 4” is the fact that he is actually Fen’Harel. For those unfamiliar with the lore, he is basically the god of betrayal for the elves. He is also often depicted as a wolf.
Considering that the actual title of “Dragon Age 4” is “Dragon Age 4: The Dread Wolf Rises,” it’s a safe bet that Fen’Harel will not be playing the good guy this time around. Will there be a confrontation between him and the Inquisition or some of his old teammates? This should prove quite interesting.
