“Dragon Ball Heroes” Episode 5 will be airing soon and it seems that it has been forever since Goku and Vegeta have been fighting Cumber. The villain just never seems to run out of power even after Goku entered his God form. In the upcoming episode, it would seem that the two warriors still have another trick up their sleeve in the form of Super Saiyan 4 Vegito.
As a series known for pulling ridiculous character power-ups from some mysterious abyss for story progress, this teaser for “Dragon Ball Heroes” Episode 5 shows how this trend is maintained. The clip contains images of Goku, Vegeta, Broly, and Cumber in various powered-up stages. At the end, a clip of Super Saiyan Vegito was shown, which can only mean that the animators are just making stuff up now.
Long-time anime fans might have already thought of how ridiculous the premise of “Dragon Ball Heroes” Episode 5 is, particularly after the previous episode. In it, Super Fu had already reduced Cumber’s power in order to stop his rampaging, OtakuKart reports. He then just disappears, leaving the Z fighters to clean up after his mess.
Considering how Cumber was able to withstand the power of Goku and Vegeta using god form, it’s confusing how Super Saiyan 4 Vegito is going to make a difference in “Dragon Ball Heroes” Episode 5. Then again, what about this franchise even makes sense anymore? There are apparently no set rules, with the writers pulling characters, power-ups, and plot points seemingly out of nowhere now.
“Dragon Ball Heroes” Episode 5 will even feature the appearance of Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta. It would seem that rather than normal Goku and Vegeta, their Xeno counterparts will be the ones to use the Potara earrings. This will then turn them into Xeno Super Saiyan 4 Vegito, Omnitos recently reported. Fans can tune in on Oct. 28 to see how this plays out.
