Dunkin' Donuts, in collaboration with Harpoon Brewery, launches "Dunkin' Spiked" - a line of alcohol-infused iced coffees and teas, making waves across 12 US states this year.
Dunkin' Donuts' new beverage line has been named "Dunkin' Spiked," and it was introduced with various flavors to enjoy. The drinks were made with malt, and each 12-ounce can of iced tea contains five percent alcohol.
On the other hand, KSAT News reported that the "Dunkin' Spiked" Iced Tea is available in four flavors and these are slightly sweet iced tea, half & half iced tea, mango pineapple iced tea, and strawberry dragonfruit iced tea. For the iced coffee range, it has six percent alcohol by volume (ABV) per 12-ounce can, so it is a little more boozy.
Customers may buy spiked iced coffees in four flavors - original, mocha, caramel, and vanilla. Initially, Dunkin' Donuts is launching its new spiked drinks in 12 states in the United States, including New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The coffee and doughnut quick service restaurant has already started shipping its spiked teas across the country but has yet to announce when they will be available for sale. The iced coffees are coming out later and will be in stores by September.
Fans and customers of Dunkin' Donuts in Connecticut, Delaware, Texas, Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont will get to taste the new boozy beverages first. By 2024, the company will add more states to the list.
The coffees and teas with alcohol are the latest addition to Dunkin' Donuts' growing alcoholic drinks business. On its official website, the donut brand categorized the spiked coffees and teas under the adult drinks line. "Dunkin' is brewing up something special and spiked for adult iced coffee and iced tea lovers," the company stated.
Meanwhile, Philly Voice reported that once the "Dunkin' Spiked" is out in the market, they will be available in packs of 12.
