NEW YORK, July 28, 2017 -- Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, announces the filing of a class action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of the securities of Aaron’s, Inc. (NYSE:AAN) from February 6, 2015 through October 29, 2015, inclusive (the “Class Period”). The lawsuit seeks to recover damages for Aaron’s investors under the federal securities laws.

According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period defendants issued false and misleading statements to investors and/or failed to disclose that Aaron’s was experiencing software issues that impacted the underwriting algorithm of its subsidiary, Progressive Finance Holdings, LLC, and Progressive lost critical data in February 2015, which impacted Aaron’s ability to make loans and collect payments. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
