NEW YORK, May 12, 2017 -- Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, announces it has filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:SNCR) from December 6, 2016 through April 26, 2017, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”). When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
