(“EI” or the “Company”) (TASE:EMITF) (NASDAQ:EMITF) announced today, further to the announcement dated January 14, 2016, with respect to the filing of a mutual request to dismiss the Motion for approval of a derivative claim against the Company and its directors (the “Motion” and the “Derivative claim,” respectively) that the court approved the request and the motion has been dismissed with no order for legal expenses, as requested.
