Jayne Rothman has served as Epiq’s senior legal advisor since 2006. Responsible for all Epiq legal affairs and subsidiaries worldwide, Rothman is adviser to the board of directors and its committees. Before joining Epiq, Rothman worked at Dewey LeBoeuf LLP on several major U.S. Chapter 11 cases, including Worldcom, United Air Lines and Adelphia. Prior to that, Rothman worked at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, representing corporate clients including Enron, Hughes Electronics and Six Flags. Rothman earned her J.D. from New York Law School and is a member of the New York and California Bars.
