- Markit manufacturing PMI came at 55.7, up from prior 55.1.
- ISM manufacturing dropped to 51.5,from prior 52.9.
- SPX500 is currently trading at 2059, down 0.35% for the day. Immediate support lies at 1980, 2040 and resistance 2082, 2120, 2164.
FTSE -
- FTSE has been rising since morning from around 7450 level, however failed to gain above 6850 today.
- UK manufacturing PMI rose to 54.4 from prior 54.1.
- FTSE is currently trading at 6820, up 0.65% today. Immediate support lies at 6700 and resistance at 9665 and 7060.
DAX -
- DAX gained sharply from opening till the New York session, failed to raise above the resistance zone.
- German manufacturing PMI rose to 52.8,up from prior 51.1.
- Unemployment rate fell to 6.4%.
- DAX is trading at 12012, down near 0.66% today. Immediate support lies at 11750, 11600 and resistance at 12080, 12200.
EuroStxx50 -
- Stocks across Europe are in green today.
- Germany is up (-0.50%), France's CAC40 is up (+0.63%), Italy's FTSE MIB is up (+0.81%) and Spain's IBEX is up (+0.50%).
- EuroStxx50 is currently trading at 3717, up +0.70% today. Bias is upwards. Support lies at 3635, 3545.
Nikkei -
- Nikkei is once again testing the support area today. Investors remain cautious over weaker data from Japan. PMI fell to 50.3 from prior 51.6
- Nikkei is currently trading at 19150. Further losses might be on card. Immediate support lies at 18540 and resistance at 19,570, 19730, 19920.
