Even though it has been a while since it was announced and Bethesda has discussed a few details about it, “Fallout 76” still remains a mystery to most people. There are still a lot of missing pieces about the game, from its gameplay to exactly what it even is. With the title set to appear at QuakeCon 2018, it’s expected that more details about “Fallout 76” will be revealed.
Now, this isn’t to say that fans of the “Fallout” series can’t get a rough idea of what “Fallout 76” is about. At GameSpot, for example, the publication compiled all of the information about the game that has been released up to this point. This gives players an idea of what they can expect from the game.
For starters, “Fallout 76” is basically the earliest installment in the franchise in that it is set long before the events of “Fallout 1” occurred. This means that many of the things that fans have come to expect from the series will likely not be available when playing this game.
On the other hand, it does come with other advantages, including the ability to play with others and build settlements. Unfortunately, this is also where the confusion comes in because gamers are not quite clear on how Bethesda will handle this particular aspect of “Fallout 76.”
This is why the game’s appearance at the upcoming QuakeCon event is highly anticipated. Publications are basically hoping to get more information about “Fallout 76” during the presentation. It would seem that Bethesda intends to provide exactly this, Inverse reports.
Apparently, Bethesda boss Todd Howard and a bunch of other developers will be making an appearance on a panel. They will supposedly “take fans through a deeper dive into character system and Perks” of “Fallout 76,” which should be worth looking forward to. Perhaps the event will finally shed some light on the most confusing aspects of the game.
