(NYSE:FGP) announced today that it expects minimal, if any, impact from last week’s revised policy statement by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). As stated in the ruling, FERC’s jurisdiction is limited to MLPs that own interstate pipelines – a group that does not include Ferrellgas.
