Hear Ye Hear Ye! News about the second installment of the movie based on a trilogy book ''Fifty Shades of Grey'' is selling like hotcakes.
Problems like delays in the production schedule and filming may have been thrown in their way but the team behind the hit movie still stood strong and now it is announced that within this month filming will officially start and just recently, it was confirmed that "Fifty Shades Darker" will be filmed back-to-back with "Fifty Shades Freed." So, rejoice everyone! Despite delays due to constraints in budget and executive problems, the filming will be pushed through.
As for all you book readers out there, we will have another reason to watch out for the sequel (aside from the obvious reasons, hint: Christian Grey and his smoldering look) because new characters will be introduced and on top of that list is Mrs. Robinson.
Book author E.L. James already hinted that new information and now it is finally revealed on who will play the role and it is in the form of Kim Basinger. She will be playing Elena Lincoln or as what Anastasia (Dakota Johnson) calls her, Mrs. Robinson. She will portray the character of the mature woman who first introduced Christian (Jamie Dornan) to the world of BDSM. At the young age of 15, Christian lost his virginity to her.
Things will be pretty intense and exciting for everyone as Anastasia will not be so fond of Mrs. Robinson and the feelings will be mutual.
Expect to see familiar faces as it was revealed that other stars will be returning to the series, which include Luke Grimes, Eloise Mumford, and Max Martini.
"Fifty Shades Darker" is slated to hit theaters in the United States on February 10, 2017.
