“GTA 6” is continuously making headlines on the web even though the sixth installment of the franchise is expected for release on 2022 at the latest. Right now, it’s still unclear how much progress Rockstar Games has done on the next title as the studio isn’t disclosing any information to the public.
However, this doesn’t stop fans from speculating what’s going to be included in “GTA 6.” One of the most discussed aspects of the game is its map and how it’s supposedly going to include the entire United States.
Another is the female lead that is allegedly going to be among the main protagonists of “GTA 6.” There are even rumors floating around that Eva Mendes is going to be playing the character although people should take this news with a grain of salt. Another Hollywood star that’s been touted to join the production of “GTA 6” is Ryan Gosling.
While this, too, will likely end up as nothing more than a speculation, what’s interesting is co-writer Dan Houser’s take on “Drive.” As people know, Ryan Gosling starred in this American action drama film where he played an icy Hollywood stuntman and gets an extra cash by moonlighting as a getaway driver for criminals. Some people who have seen the movie said that the whole premise of the film seems to have been placed inside the “GTA” universe. And Houser agrees. “It was impossible to imagine that film without having played ‘GTA,’” the writer said. If the studio does decide to include a prominent actor in “GTA 6,” then Ryan Gosling will certainly be one of the best actors for the job.
After all, his performance as a mechanic/stuntman/driver-for-hire is quite commendable even though he barely said any line throughout the film. Of course, this is pure speculation at this point and Rockstar Games hasn’t said anything about hiring Gosling to do some voice work in “GTA 6.”
