COLUMBIA, Md., Oct. 26, 2016 -- W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE:GRA) today announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share. The dividend is payable December 8, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business as of November 17, 2016.
