“Grey’s Anatomy” season 15 episode 4 will continue with Alex Karev's (Justin Chambers) amusing adventures in the hospital as he starts his first day as Interim Chief. He might want to forget that day because he actually messed up at work by getting on the nurses’ nerves, disarranging the schedule board and failing to grasp the quarterly budget.
Although Alex’s story will still be touched on in the upcoming episode, Meredith’s (Ellen Pompeo) love life is going to be put in the spotlight as well. As per Grey’s Anatomy Fandom, “Grey's Anatomy” season 15 episode 4 is titled “Momma Knows Best” and its synopsis reads: “Meredith turns heads when she shows up to work done up and ready for her blind date later that day, while Alex makes a questionable decision in order to save a patient. The burden of knowing Teddy’s secret keeps Maggie up at night, ultimately making her decide she has to tell someone.”
“Grey's Anatomy” season 15 episode 4 will feature a number of guest stars and they include Stefania Spampinato (Carina DeLuca), Chris Carmack (Link), Jaicy Elliot (Taryn Helm), Jake Borelli (Levi Schmitt) and Sophia Ali as Dahlia Qadri.

“Grey's Anatomy” season 15 episode 4 is set to air on Thursday, Oct. 11 at 8 p.m. on ABC. According to Newsweek, fans who cannot watch it on television can still view it via live streaming on the show’s network’s website.
