ST. PAUL, Minn., Feb. 09, 2017 -- H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE:FUL) announced today that it has priced an inaugural public offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.000% Notes due 2027 (the “Notes") at an issue price of 99.551% of the principal amount.
The issuance of the Notes is expected to close on or about February 14, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. The Notes will pay interest on a semi-annual basis.
H.B. Fuller plans to use the net proceeds of the offering to repay outstanding debt and for other general corporate purposes.
The joint book-running managers for the offering are Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated.
