Mos Burger and FamilyMart collaborated for the first time to develop a teriyaki burger-flavored nikuman or meat bun to be made available at 16,600 FamilyMart stores across Japan.
The Teriyaki Burger, Mos Burger’s most popular offering, inspired the creation of the Teriyaki Nikuman.
The nikuman has a mild blend of miso and sweet soy sauce to go along with the chunky meat filling in a fluffy steamed bun. It pairs nicely with the teriyaki sauce.
It is being sold for 180 yen per bun while supplies last.
