(NASDAQ:HDNG), a leading international provider of advanced metal-cutting solutions and accessories, announced that its Board of Directors approved payment of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per common share. The dividend is payable March 10, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2016.
