‘Hawaii Five-O’ season 7’s episode 18, titled “E Malama Pono” (Handle with Care), will follow McGarett and Danny as they deal with an unstable bomb in the middle of a jungle. American singer-songwriter Darius Rucker is set to guest star as a bomb maker.

The synopsis for “E Malama Pono” (Handle with Care) posted on TV Guide reads, “McGarrett (Alex O’Laughlin) and Danny (Scott Caan) finally track down the missing uranium, which has been built into a bomb located in the middle of the jungle. Now, they must carefully extract the unstable bomb through treacherous terrain before it detonates.”

McGarrett and Danny will have a lot on their hands, literally and figuratively, in the upcoming episode as they struggle to deal with dangerous uranium planted into a bomb after tracking it down in the middle of a jungle. They will have to take cares not to disturb the unstable bomb as they extract it carefully within an untamed environment where anything could happen.

Promotional photographs posted on Seat42F shows the duo in action. In one of the images, the two are attempting to cross a muddy body of water on foot. McGarrett and Danny will have to use their survival skills and ingenuity to fight off the risks presented in the jungle.

Rucker, best known as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the Grammy award-winning rock band Hootie and the Blowfish, is set to appear as the character Desmond Abati. According to Christian Post, Desmond is a highly skilled bomb maker who trains the likes of ISIS members and Boko Haram in the craft of bomb making. Rucker’s character is so elusive that the American government has been tracking him down for years.

‘Hawaii Five-O’ season 7’s episode 18, titled “E Malama Pono” (Handle with Care), is scheduled to air on February 24, 2017 on CBS. It was directed by Eagle Eglisson and written by Zoe Robyn. It will be followed by episode 19, titled "Puka 'ana” (Exodus), scheduled to be released on March 10.
