India’s initial public offering (IPO) calendar for Nov. 2-6, 2026, lists 13 expected exchange debuts against one new offer opening, making the week’s scheduled activity more concentrated in listings, according to IPOStation and MoneyFyx calendars.

IPOStation identifies Vedant Poly Fabs as the sole issuer with an offer scheduled to open during the week, on Nov. 2. Its offer is in the small and medium enterprise (SME) segment. Neither calendar lists a mainboard IPO opening in the same period. The calendars mark listing dates as expected and subject to exchange confirmation.

An NSE-hosted draft prospectus describes Vedant as a flexible-packaging manufacturer. Its products include multilayer, shrink and barrier films, printed laminates, and milk and oil pouches for food, beverages and other consumer goods.

The listing schedule begins with EAAA India Alternatives on Nov. 2. On Nov. 3, BLS Polymers, SFC Environmental Technologies and Wiscon Industries are expected to list. M.K. Sons Fine Jewels, Ajwa Projects and Carver Roboweld follow on Nov. 4. Antala Industries and Bombay Coated and Special Steels are scheduled for Nov. 5. Maxwell Engineering Solutions, Johnsoncab Electricals, Vectras Enprocon and HGS (India) round out the list on Nov. 6.

Across the five days, the calendars count five mainboard listings and eight SME listings. The daily count ranges from one company on Nov. 2 to four on Nov. 6, with two or three scheduled on each intervening date. All 13 listing dates remain subject to exchange confirmation.

The schedule follows Jio Platforms’ October IPO, which closed Oct. 23. Its final prospectus lists an issue size of ₹30,187.65 crore and covers a fresh issue of up to 270 million shares. National Stock Exchange issue data recorded 22.19 times subscription at closing. Reliance Industries said trading in Jio Platforms shares was scheduled to begin Oct. 28. Jio plans to use most of the IPO’s net proceeds to repay debt at subsidiary Reliance Jio Infocomm and the rest for general corporate purposes, its prospectus says.
