Director Peter Segal recently revealed some behind-the-scenes details about Lopez and Rodriguez. Segal worked with “Jenny from the Block” for her upcoming movie “Second Act” premiering on Dec. 21.

Lopez’s choice of diamond rings over the past months sparked engagement rumors. But she and Rodriguez were quick to dismiss those reports. However, Segal told Us Weekly he is very much convinced that wedding bells are “inevitable.”
The couple’s friend added that the right question to ask is “when” Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez are going to tie the knot. The director is convinced that marriage is definitely on the cards for the two but he preferred not to predict when that is happening.
Segal also confirmed that Rodriguez spent a good amount of time visiting Lopez at the “Second Act” set adding that he was happy the two acted appropriately during those moments. “No PDA. They were together, very respectful. I’m actually not a big fan of PDA anyway, so thank God not,” he revealed.
As mentioned, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have been repeatedly hit with engagement rumors especially after they moved in together in a New York penthouse they bought earlier this year. However, they both keep saying in interviews that they want to take things slow whenever they are asked the marriage-related questions.
In Lopez’s appearance at the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” last month, the singer-actress reiterated she and Rodriguez are happy. “We’re taking it day-by-day. And it’s great,” Lopez added.
Meanwhile, Alex Rodriguez also explained how it was great that he started a relationship with Jennifer Lopez in their 40s. "We've both been through a lot and can really appreciate each other, both the good and the challenges,” the former MLB star told the hosts of “Today” in August.
