A new confession by “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star Khloe Kardashian shed light on the future she wants with her new boyfriend, Cleveland Cavaliers basketball player Tristan Thompson.
The 32-year-old shared her thoughts about building her own family in the latest issue of ES Magazine. In the interview, PEOPLE.com said Kardashian was not afraid of taking the plunge one more time with her NBA player boyfriend if he asks because she’s “never been in this type of love.”
“Yes, I would [accept his proposal]. I would love to have a family. We’ve talked about it. He [already] is a father, and I know for a fact that he would be an impeccable father.” she said.
She also foresees having kids with Thompson as well, and if you’ve grown up with nieces and nephews coming from sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian-West, you’re bound to start with one of your own.
“I definitely want to be a mom. But I don’t put the pressure on it. It’s not like, “The clock is ticking.” I feel in my soul it will happen,” she added.
Khloe’s confession seems to be a big step for her, considering her failed marriage (and eventual divorce) from former husband, troubled basketball player Lamar Odom. Brit and Co said Odom had struggled with an overdose and substance abuse issues, and even admitted to having multiple dalliances with other women while married to Kardashian.
Kardashian has since finalized her divorce from Odom last year. She was linked to Thompson since September, ABC News reported.
