Lee Min Ho is one of those celebrities who is known to donate to help the needy, especially the children. Just last month, he and his fandom called the PROMIZ organized a fundraising event to help the children in Jinan province. The actor and his fans donated 1.5 tons of rice and 300 kilos of kimchi that were distributed to the said province’s children's centers.
Now, as he marked his birthday on June 22, he made sure to make his day extra memorable by not only celebrating with friends but extending helping hands to the less fortunate children as well. As usual, Lee Min Ho donated and started another fundraising campaign through PROMIZ.
For the campaign, Min Ho and his fans launched the “Jam Jam Box” project last week. This latest program is also meant to encourage others to donate and help others. The beneficiaries in this campaign are the children living in families with low income.
Lee Min Ho is aiming to provide economic and mental health care for the underprivileged kids. They intend to raise funds to give them food and support that they need to live comfortably and healthily.
Fans who would like help can buy the “Jam Jam Box” gift packages that contain t-shirts and tumblers. This will be sold through Happy Bean donation portal, and it will be available from June 21 until the first week of July.
Lee Min Ho has been donating with PROMIZ since 2014 and once said that he would continue to help until he has the means to do so. Meanwhile, the 32-year-old actor is set to make his comeback in the drama scene next year.
He was signed to star in writer Kim Eun Sook’s “The King: The Eternal Monarch” that is set to premiere in 2020. He will work with Kim Go Eun, Woo Do Hwan and Kim Kyung Nam in this drama.
