“Legends of Tomorrow” season 4 is now on its way to episode 2 after its pilot telecast that will air tonight. The show will open with the episode titled “The Virgin Gray” and it will show Nate (Nick Zano) facing someone from his past while he and Rory (Dominic Purcell) go on an adventure.
As per Comic Book, “Legends of Tomorrow” season 4 episode 1’s synopsis reads: “After the Legends defeated Mallus and wiped the final anachronism from time, they find themselves in unfamiliar territory with the Time Bureau. All that changes when Constantine (Matt Ryan) informs Sara (Caity Lotz) of a new magical threat that leads the team to Woodstock. Constantine thinks he knows how to defeat the new threat, but will need the help of the team and their special klepto talents to help with his spell.”
For the second episode, titled “Witch Hunt,” the story will continue with the Time Seismograph sending the team to the Salem witch trials. While at the trial, the team discovers that a magical creature is in town and they have to stop it before it causes more problems. Elsewhere, Nate and Ava (Jes Macallan) will do their best to convince the Time Bureau that magic is real so they can keep their funds.
As shared by Cartermatt, part of “Legends of Tomorrow” season 4 episode 2 summary reads: “When the magical Time Seismograph goes off, the team finds themselves headed to the Salem witch trials. Sara notices that Zari (Tala Ashe) is taking this case personally when she promises to save a mom, who is being accused of being a witch.”
Meanwhile, “Legends of Tomorrow” season 4 will also have a crossover week. According to TV Line, the show was not included in the Arrowverse crossover event this year but it will have its own special to make up for it.
“During the week that all the other crossovers are happening, we will essentially be crossing over with ourselves,” showrunner Keto Shimizu told TV Line.
“Legends of Tomorrow” season 4 episode 2 is set to air on Oct. 29 at 9 p.m.
