Liberty Tax CEO John T. Hewitt will join 20 participants, including members of the Mexican government, on July 13-14 in San Antonio, Texas, for a high-level discussion on the most recent U.S. tax season and the effects of tax policy on Hispanic taxpayers. The event is hosted by the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services (CONDUSEF).
The two-day event will provide the perfect platform for Liberty Tax to share information about:
- New rules regarding Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs)
- Immigration enforcement and its effect on taxpayers
- Tax credits
