“Limeade is helping companies rethink how to build great cultures and drive true employee engagement. We’re changing lives and challenging norms,” said Davis. “Our successful growth isn’t the goal, but rather a byproduct of inspiring and engaging great companies. Finance has a unique company-wide view of the business that allows us to establish priorities and drive growth. I’m excited to use my experience to propel Limeade into a global leadership position in the dynamic employee engagement market.”
Reporting directly to CEO Henry Albrecht, Davis is now responsible for leading the Limeade finance team and continuing to build a strong financial foundation for the company. He will also join the Limeade leadership team, contributing to long-term growth strategy, scalability and commitment to being a great place to work.
“Limeade is an organically grown company, known for its fast growth and innovative technology. As CEO, I look for opportunities for emerging leaders to realize their full potential and I’m thrilled to build a truly great company with mission-driven leaders like Toby,” said Albrecht. “His experience, sense of team and unruffled leadership style are ideal for navigating the financial complexities that come as we expand our ecosystem with new customers and partners.”
Since joining Limeade, Davis has led key initiatives that support overall strategic goals and provided insight and analysis to partner closely with leaders of the business.
Prior to Limeade, Davis provided financial leadership and global strategy at Boatbound and Avanade; a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft. Davis has held other financial leadership positions at Activision Blizzard, Manduka and Moss Adams. Davis has been instrumental in managing growth as well as several mergers and acquisitions. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Washington State University.
