Mac and Jack’s supposedly fun break from work turns into a disaster. Will their abduction in “MacGyver” season 3 episode 11 get the best of them and ends in Mac (Lucas Till) wanting to shoot Jack (George Eads)?
The first “MacGyver” season 3 episode 11 promo video gives fans a glimpse of where Mac and Jack’s vacation is heading. They will be chained and locked up in what looks like an all-concrete dungeon, and the only visible way in and out of it is single steel door. By the looks of the dirt on their clothes and faces, they are likely going to spend a good amount of time in the hands of their enemy.
It also appears that the abductor will give them the chance to live only if one of them kills the other. This could explain why Jack is saying, “One of use is gonna shoot the other one?” Then, the “MacGyver” season 3 episode 11 preview shows the titular character pointing a gun at his long-time partner.
It was previously revealed that Mac and Jack are going to Las Vegas for a vacation. But “someone from their past” kidnaps them for revenge in “MacGyver” season 3 episode 11. The evident intention is to psychologically and physically torture them before they get killed. However, that is an unlikely ending for the first episode of 2019.
Teaser photos (via Spoilers Guide) for “MacGyver” season 3 episode 11 show Mac and Jack (wearing different sets of clothes) sneaking into a warehouse full of foreign-made missiles. One of the photos shows a smiling Mac seemingly suggesting that all is well in the end.
However, it is also important to note that George Eads is expected to leave the show this year. The Hollywood Reporter previously reported that the actor was involved in an on-set dispute prompting him to walk out and not finish work at certain production day last October. But, as mentioned, it does not seem like Eads’ looming exit is happening in “MacGyver” season 3 episode 11 airing on Friday, Jan. 4, at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
