“MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 8 is airing soon and this episode will pit Mac (Lucas Till) against his most lethal opponent ever, The Ghost (Niko Nicotera). In order to finally catch the criminal and bring justice to his mentor, the show’s protagonist will have to brave some severe dangers. Chief among them is a bomb that is specially made for him.
The Ghost is the bomb maker who killed Mac’s mentor and in “MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 8, an Irish official will give him the chance to seek revenge and finally bring the notorious criminal down. Unfortunately, it would appear that the prey was expecting the hunter and set traps for the inventive law enforcer. How will Mac survive a super special bomb made by someone who defeated his mentor?
Looking at the bomb in this “MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 8 clip, it would also seem that Mac is not exactly fully equipped to deal with the device. Perhaps The Ghost will give him a fighting chance and actually provide him with the tools he needs to diffuse it. Then again, what would be the point of that?
“MacGyver and the team set off on a dangerous capture operation after an Irish military intelligence officer approaches them claiming to know the whereabouts of “The Ghost,” a lethal bomb maker whom Mac has been hunting for years,” the clip’s description reads.
As CarterMatt notes, The Ghost is also something of a Kevin from the movie “Home Alone,” who specializes in luring victims into his traps. Considering how this criminal was actually able to defeat the person who taught Mac everything he knows, it’s clear that this is no ordinary villain. Mac will need to take him seriously or he will get blown up in “MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 8 when it airs on Nov. 16.
