One of the annual announcements anticipated by gamers and sports fans is about the new “Madden NFL” installment. For this year, EA is offering exclusive early access perks to those who will pre-order “Madden NFL 20” Superstar Editions.
“Madden NFL 20” is going to be the newest game under EA’s popular American football video game simulation franchise named after the Pro Football Hall of Famer John Madden. Pre-orders of the this year’s installment can be placed as of this writing and fans have three-game editions to choose from.
Aside from the standard edition of the game, EA is offering the “Madden NFL 20” Superstar Edition and Ultimate Superstar Edition. There are differences in the exclusive digital contents included in each version. But they both offer a three-day exclusive early access. Players who will pre-order any of these upgraded “Madden NFL 20” editions will be able to play the game on July 30, at 12 midnight Eastern Time instead of the general release date Aug. 2.
The “Madden NFL 20” Superstar Edition is currently priced at $79.99 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Official online store for both platforms list four digital bonuses including 12 Gold Team Fantasy Packs, one core Elite Player out of 32 athletes to choose from, a Small Training Quick Sell Pack in the Madden Ultimate Team mode, and the player’s choice of Unique Superstar Ability for the athlete they will create in the game’s “Face of the Franchise: QB1” campaign.
For more digital bonuses, Xbox One and PS4 players can also choose the “Madden NFL 20” Ultimate Superstar Edition. They will get three more Gold Team Fantasy Packs along with one core Elite Player and one Unique Superstar Ability of their choice in the story mode. Contents exclusive to this bundle include a Large Training Quick Sell Pack, one Past and Present Elite Player Pack, and one Madden Championship Series Pack in the Madden Ultimate Team mode. This is priced higher, though, at $99.99.
Meanwhile, players who do not mind waiting until Aug. 2 to play “Madden NFL 20” can also opt for the Standard Edition that will cost $59.99. It comes with free five Gold Team Fantasy Packs, one core Elite Player, and one Unique Superstar Ability in the campaign mode.
